Description
In house tool room saves the day. Large dies required in a very short time.
Over 10″ long, 7″ wide and .150″ thick, these large and precise brackets required 3 compound dies to produce. We had less than 2 months to produce these dies along with their smaller partner’s progressive die to meet our customers required PPAP submission date. Having an In-House toolroom became invaluable when our material supplier provided the incorrect material and last minute adjustments had to be made to the die. Our latest Solidworks plug-in LogoPress really streamlined the die design process; and reduced required “dialing in” time.
