Acro's 80 year old roots are in producing smaller, tight tolerance components for electric motor components and wire harnesses. Difficult geometry and tight toleranced parts are still our main claim to fame and core competency. We are the go to problem solver for complicated electrical transfer parts; from headlight connection terminals to electronic surveillance wristband piercing connectors.
Acro produces small quantity loose components and high volume terminals on Reel to Reel. Some are produced on individual hand operations; others on 30+ station Progressive Dies that produce millions of parts.
Acro also a wide veriety of standard terminals and components for the Carbon Brush Industry. We have hundreds of interchangeable die components to make parts all sorts of parts of various hole sizes, leg lengnths, solder pocked depths, etc. We can produce them from all kids of materials from Brass & Copper to Phosphor Bronze & Berillium Copper; and finishes from Tin & Nickel to Silver & Gold.
